Adding the Birthdays feature is simple! Just go your My Network page and click “Features Layout.” On the left side of the page, you’ll see a list of features you haven’t added to your Ning Network. From that list, drag “Birthdays” onto the page, into whichever your column you’d like.
Save your changes when you’ve adjusted your Main Page layout the way you want it.
