The Notes feature functions like a Network Creator and Admin-only wiki and is a flexible feature on your Ning Network. You can create as many new notes as you’d like and edit them using either the rich text editor, which makes it easy to add and format text, images and links, or the “HTML” view.
When you add the Notes feature to your Ning Network, your first Note, Notes Home, is created for you. This is the landing page members will see when they go to the Notes tab. You can edit this note and add as many new notes as you’d like.
Notes Home is a great place to include important messages to members or to post a new member guide or an “About Us” section. You can also categorize the other notes you’ve created on this page.
