Troubleshoot a Missing or Deleted Main Page

If you’ve mistakenly deleted the tab that links to your network’s Main Page, don’t worry—it’s easy to get it back. Just follow these steps:

1. Create a new tab from the Tabs & Pages area of your My Network Dashboard (under Settings).
2. Name the tab “Main,” “Home,” or another name of your choosing.
3. In the “Target Page” area, ensure the link goes to the existing page “/” (your network’s top level directory).

Use /main instead of / if your network uses a splash page.

4. Make the new tab visible to everyone, and position it at the top of your list of tabs so that it appears first.
5. Save your changes.

Your new tab should now look like this:

Even if your network’s Main Page tab is deleted, it is always accessible at network.ning.com/main/

If your Main Page loads slowly or not at all, see this troubleshooting article.
