RadRounds is a network linking radiologists, imaging education and new opportunities. With more than 400 members from around the world, this is a true space for global collaboration!

has taken advantage of the opportunity to access their source code and add some cool modifications to the network. They have added advanced member search, allowing members to seek others out by name, keyword, specialty, research interest, or location.

They’ve added expanding menus to their tabs, allowing easy navigation to the majority of the pages from any page on the network! As part of this design, they have done extensive renaming of features and text on the network. An example of this can be seen with their forum feature, now renamed “Discuss“. This continues with a drop-down menu, offering specifics such as Residents and Fellows or Radiology Jobs.

Collaboration extends to the Cases feature, what would be “photos” on a standard network. There, images are posted. Members can then discuss diagnoses as well the image rendering itself.

To join in the learning, stop by radRounds!
