The Employee Engagement Network

All managers want happy and engaged employees, but not all know how to accomplish this goal. David Zinger’s Employee Engagement Ning Network endeavors to give managers at all levels the tools and information they need to keep their employees engaged.

One of the greatest resources on the Employee Engagement Network is the other members; with almost 1,500 managers calling themselves members, there’s a wealth of information and experience for people to draw upon. Members share their insight in both blog posts and forum discussions. For newcomers, a great place to start is on this forum post, where members post one-sentence long engagement advice. Members offer up everything from Terence Seamon’s advice to “play to people’s strengths” to Trevor Nagle’s belief that the most important step to engaging employees is to”focus on building a foundation of trust within all levels of [the] organization.”
