Our first piece of advice: <strong>Reset your password<\/strong>. In most cases, that will solve your issue. We&#8217;ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If that doesn&#8217;t work, check out the <a href=\"\/help\/troubleshoot-sign-upsign-in-issues\/\">Troubleshooting Sign-up\/Sign-in Issues<\/a> article for a few more troubleshooting steps.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box box_pink border \"><strong>Forget the email address you used?<\/strong> If you&#8217;re stuck and can&#8217;t remember the email address you use for your Network Creator account, you&#8217;ll need to contact us directly.<\/div>\n<div class=\"divider_thin\"><\/div>\n<h2>Is it browser-related?<\/h2>\n<p><img class=\"alignleft\" title=\"supported browsers\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.ning.com\/topology\/rest\/1.0\/file\/get\/50533919?profile=original\" alt=\"Troubleshooting 3\" width=\"100\" \/> Most browsers work just fine with your network, but we have a list of officially <a href=\"\/help\/supported-browsers\/\">Supported Browsers<\/a> that we wholeheartedly recommend. If some parts of your page won&#8217;t load, if a button doesn&#8217;t seem to work, or if things that should move aren&#8217;t moving, there&#8217;s a good chance it&#8217;s a browser-related issue that can be easily rectified. This will reset the Javascript in your browser. We have a checklist to help you <a href=\"\/help\/troubleshoot-email-notifications-and-invitations-to-your-ning-network-2\/\">Troubleshoot Email Notifications and Invitations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider_thin\"><\/div>\n<h2>Problems with a Facebook App<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Facebook logo\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.ning.com\/topology\/rest\/1.0\/file\/get\/50535148?profile=original\" alt=\"Troubleshooting 4\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\" \/>There are two different types of Facebook Apps you can create with your Ning Network: a Facebook App for sharing and a Facebook app for sign-up\/sign-in. The creation of either of these two types of apps requires you to link the app to a <strong>personal<\/strong> Facebook account. To get to the bottom of any error messages you may be seeing, start at the <a href=\"\/help\/troubleshoot-your-facebook-sharing-app\/\">Troubleshoot Your Facebook Sharing App<\/a> page. If you feel like your issue may be related to sign-up or sign-in with Facebook, check the settings from this <a href=\"\/help\/enable-social-sign-in-with-facebook\/\">Enable Social Sign-In with Facebook<\/a> article. If you think the issue is related solely to sharing via a Facebook app, we recommend double checking all of the settings from the original <a href=\"\/help\/create-a-facebook-app-for-your-ning-network-2\/\">Create a Facebook App<\/a> process.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box box_pink border \"><strong>Taking drastic measures<\/strong>: You can always delete or deactivate a Facebook app and create a new one. This will probably solve any problems you&#8217;re having, but it could mean that members will need to sign in again using Facebook (for example). If you get stuck with any technical details that seem confusing, don&#8217;t hesitate to contact us through your Support page! <\/div>\n<div class=\"divider_thin\"><\/div>\n<h2>Domain mapping issues<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"billing\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.ning.com\/topology\/rest\/1.0\/file\/get\/50535308?profile=original\" alt=\"Troubleshooting 5\" width=\"48\" height=\"48\" \/>The details of domain mapping can be complicated. Part of the complication comes from the fact that all domains need to be set up on a third-party site \u2014 in addition to configuring the details on your Ning dashboard.
