\nThe upload is slow
\nTry waiting awhile longer for the photo or video to show up on your network.\u00a0 It can sometimes take up to an hour for photos or videos to fully upload when being emailed in by phone.
\nThere is an issue with the photo or video itself
\nIf you’ve waited an hour and the photo or video still isn’t showing up, try resending it.\u00a0 If it continues to not show up on the network, there may be an issue with the photo or video itself.
\nThere is no MX record set up and the network is domain mapped
