If you are unable to log into your billing account, we also have a LiveChat window on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/\">our Ning.com page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submit a support ticket <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The other way to cancel a paid subscription is to sign in to the network you\u2019d like to cancel. Click on the Toolbar icon to go to your Ning Network\u2019s Dashboard. From there, click the \u201cSupport\u201d link and then click the &#8220;Create New Ticket&#8221; or \u201cEmail Support Team\u201d\u00a0 link. This will take you to a new page where you can choose \u201cCancel my Ning Network\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation tickets can also be submitted from your Ning.com account. Head to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/\">Ning.com<\/a> and click the \u201cSign In\u201d link on the right. Enter your account credentials and click on the \u201cMy Networks\u201d tab on the left of your account page. <strong>Please be sure to use your Ning.com email address and password, and not your network credentials (if they differ). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Locate the network you&#8217;d like to cancel from the list of &#8220;Networks I&#8217;ve Created&#8221;, click &#8220;Cancel Network.&#8221; This will take you to a new page where you can submit a ticket to cancel.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box box_pink note_box\"> If you are unable to access your network, you can also submit a your cancellation request from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/ning3help\/contact-us\/\">Help Center<\/a>. Be sure to choose the &#8220;I\u2019d like to cancel my Ning network&#8221; option. <\/div>\n<p>Once you submit your ticket, you will receive an auto response to confirm your ticket was submitted successfully. We will back-date the cancellation to the date of your request, regardless of when it was processed by our team.
