Head to the Sign Up\/Sign In page in the network dashboard to get started!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9281\" title=\"block1\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/block1.png\" alt=\"Block an Email Domain or IP Address from Signing Up 1\" width=\"575\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To block an email domain, enter it in the first text field in the following format: <em>@domain.com<\/em>. When you&#8217;ve specified the domain, scroll down and hit the &#8220;Save&#8221; button to block it. If someone using that domain tries to sign up, they&#8217;ll see the following error message: &#8220;Please enter a valid email address.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9282\" title=\"blockedemail\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/blockedemail.png\" alt=\"Block an Email Domain or IP Address from Signing Up 2\" width=\"585\" height=\"605\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To block an IP address, type it into the second text field using the following format: <em>111.222.333.444<\/em>. Similar to blocking an email domain, once you&#8217;ve typed in the IP address, scroll down to save your changes. Anyone signing up using a blocked IP address will see an error message: &#8220;Based on the information you have provided, you are ineligible to register for a new account.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9283\" title=\"blockedip\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/blockedip.png\" alt=\"Block an Email Domain or IP Address from Signing Up 3\" width=\"585\" height=\"636\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Error messages are kept vague to prevent spammers from working around the restrictions you&#8217;ve set up.
