Take a Screenshot to Record What You’re Seeing

A screenshot is an image taken on your computer to record the visible items shown on your monitor. Seeing your browser window as you see it can be incredibly helpful to us when we’re troubleshooting an issue.

How to take a screenshot if you’re on a Mac:

  1. Click on the browser window you want to capture.
  2. Press Shift + Command + 3 at the same time. This will create a picture and save it on your desktop.
  3. Upload this file to your support ticket.

How to take a screenshot if you’re on Windows:

  1. Click on the browser window, which has the image you want to capture.
  2. Press Print Screen (the Print Screen button may be represented as “Prt Scr”).
  3. Paste your image into Microsoft Paint, which is built-in for saving images.
  4. Save your image.
  5. Upload this file to your support ticket.

Downloading one of these programs is an easy and fast way to take a screenshot. Simply open the program and select the ‘Snap’ option to create your screenshot.

Next, save your screenshot and attach it to your ticket!
