Cancel a network by Phone In order to cancel a trial or an active paid subscription by phone, please call one of the two phone numbers, we are open 24\/7:<\/p>\n Note: International calls are not toll-free<\/p>\n When you call, make sure you have the following information on hand so that we can process your cancellation:<\/p>\n Contact us via LiveChat<\/strong><\/p>\n You can also get in touch with us via the LiveChat, where our representative will process your cancellation request.<\/p>\n During the trial period, you can find a LiveChat button on your Ning Network\u2019s Dashboard, and once the trial is over, it is always available on your Ning.com account in the bottom right corner of the page.<\/p>\n If you are unable to access either your network nor Ning.com account, we also have a LiveChat window on our Ning.com page<\/a>.<\/p>\n Submit a support ticket <\/strong><\/p>\n The other way to cancel a Ning Basic, Performance or Ultimate trial or paid subscription is to sign in to the network you\u2019d like to cancel. Click on the Social Site Manager icon to go to your Ning Network\u2019s Dashboard. From there, click the \u201cSupport\u201d link and then click the “Create New Ticket” or \u201cEmail Support Team\u201d\u00a0 link. This will take you to a new page where you can choose \u201cCancel my Ning Network\u201d from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n Cancellation tickets can also be submitted from your Ning.com account. Head to Ning.com<\/a> and click the \u201cSign In\u201d link on the right. Enter your account credentials and click on the \u201cMy Networks\u201d tab on the left of your account page. Please be sure to use your Ning.com email address and password, and not your network credentials (if they differ). <\/strong><\/p>\n Locate the network you’d like to cancel from the list of “Networks I’ve Created.” Depending on whether your network is still in a trial or on a paid subscription, you’ll either click “Cancel Free Trial” or “Cancel Network.” This will take you to a new page where you can submit a ticket to cancel.<\/p>\n Once you submit your ticket, you will receive an auto response to confirm your ticket was submitted successfully. We will back-date the cancellation to the date of your request, regardless of when it was processed by our team.
