There are many tools available in your social network and many things you can do that allow you to ensure that all of the content your members upload fit within our terms, your social network\u2019s topic and your safety goals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/ning3help\/define-community-guidelines-and-stick-to-them\/\">Clearly posted terms &amp; guidelines<\/a>: Make sure your members know what your rules are. You can post them using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/ning3help\/add-html-to-a-page\/\">HTML Content section<\/a>. For good measure, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/ning3help\/customize-profile-questions\/\">create a profile question<\/a> requiring members to acknowledge upon joining that they\u2019ve agreed to your terms and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/ning3help\/appoint-administrators\/\">Network Administrators<\/a>: Admins can help you keep an eye on troublesome members. If necessary, you could even coordinate a schedule so that an Admin is available around the clock to address your members\u2019 reports and any inappropriate behavior.<\/li>\n<li>Member support: Make sure your members know that you\u2019re dedicated to keeping your social network within your terms. Encourage them to report anything that\u2019s inappropriate to you ASAP. When you feature content, it\u2019ll also appear at the top of the home page for that section. A featured photo, for example, will appear above all the other photos at the top of the Photos page.<\/li>\n<li>Deletion: You have ultimate control over what appears on your social network. You can delete any piece of content at any time.
