If it has, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/ning3help\/manage-your-subscription-and-billing-information\/\">update the expiration date<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/billing\/paymentmethods#\">Ning.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Contact your credit card company or PayPal directly to see why payments are being declined to Ning.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/ning3help\/manage-your-subscription-and-billing-information\/\">Add a new payment method<\/a>\u00a0and supply a different credit card or PayPal account\u00a0on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/billing\/addpaymentmethod\">Ning.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Try entering your credit card information into a PayPal account and then switching your payment method to PayPal at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ning.com\/billing\/addpaymentmethod\">Ning.com<\/a>.
