You can moderate the Chat feature by removing individual chat messages, suspending a member from chat, or ignoring a member.

First, Network Creators and administrators can suspend a member by hovering over a member and clicking the drop-down icon and choosing the “Suspend From Chat” option.

This will prompt a lightbox where you can choose the duration that you want to suspend the member for. Your member will be unable to participate in both the network-wide chatroom and any private chatrooms for the number of hours you designate.

Similarly, all members of the network can ignore chats from a particular member. To do this, hover over a member with your mouse and then click “Ignore” from the drop-down menu that appears. You can follow the same steps to stop ignoring a member as well.

Finally, Network Creators and administrators can remove individual messages from the chat room by clicking the “x” on the right side of the message when you hover over a message with your mouse. Clicking the “x” will give you the options to delete the message or delete the message and suspend the member.

The second option “Delete and Suspend” will suspend the member from chat as outlined above.
