Published vs. Draft Pages

Rate this guide

If you are not ready for members to have access to a page, you have the option to set it to “Draft” status. If your page is set to “Draft”, only the Network Creator and Administrators may access it. Members will not have access to the Page nor will they be able to view it.

Once it’s ready to be viewed, head to the Social Site Builder to change the Status of the Page to “Published”. Published pages can be viewed by Members, Administrators, and/or the Network Creator depending on the privacy settings for that page. You can set and change the Status of any Page from your Dashboard. Click on the Site Builder and locate the page you’d like to update. Under “Page Settings” select the option from the drop down menu next to “Status” and save your changes!

Note: If you select the “Draft” status for all your pages, your network will be considered Offline and display accordingly. To take it Online, simply publish at least one page.
