If you’re experiencing difficulty with verifying your email address, click on the link that says, “Need to resend the email, change your address, or get help?”

This will take you to the “Problems Verifying Your Email Address?” message box. Click on the link that says, “Click here to send another email to yourself.”

A new verification email will be sent to your email address. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the new email in your inbox. Make sure to set up your spam filters to allow you to receive mail from Ning.com and your network, specifically, in the future.

Click on the verification link contained in the new email. This new link will successfully verify your email address and allow you to sign in to your Ning Network. If clicking the link does not work, please copy and paste the link from the email into your browser’s navigation bar instead.

If the verification link does not work when you click on it, or when you copy and paste the URL into your browser, let us know. Please include exactly what happens when you click on the link in the verification email. What do you see when you click on the link? Do you see an error message? If so, what does the error message say? The more information we have, the better we can help you!

If you do not receive the verification email at all, please check to make sure that your email address is valid and does not contain any typos. If you see any typos, please change your email address. For more steps to resolve notifications not reaching you, see: Troubleshoot Email Notifications and Invitations to your Ning Network.
