You can keep track of why you suspended a member from your Ning Network by using the Moderation page (found under the Members section on the left), which you can access through the My Network tab. On this page, you can view the date that you suspended a member, and you can add or update notes about why each member was suspended. Members that you suspended by clicking on the “Suspend for Spam” link on their profile page will automatically have “Spam” listed in the Note column.

Using the “Actions…” drop-down menu, you can reinstate members who have been suspended from your Ning Network.  You can also use this drop-down menu to delete the content of suspended members.  Keep in mind that suspended members can also delete their content at any time. In addition, all members suspended with the “Suspend for Spam” link or option will automatically have their content deleted.
