As a Network Creator, your Ning.com profile is your hub for managing your Ning Networks’ subscriptions and billing information. From the Billing & Payment home page, you can link to a listing of your Ning Networks, see and edit your account information, manage the paid plans of your networks, and contact us with your questions.
Manage Account Information
At the top of the page, the Account Information section links to all the information about your billing account. If your account is in good standing, you will see that in the white area and you will also have the option to create a new Ning Network.
An Account With An Overdue Balance
If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you may see a red box warning you that your account is past due.
This box allows you to make a payment directly. Clicking this button will not process a payment, but take you to a page where you have to confirm which invoice(s) you wish to pay.
From the red box, you can also navigate to resources to help you get your account up to date or to contact us with your questions. You can get more information about troubleshooting a billing issue here.
See Your Billing & Invoice History
Clicking “See Billing & Invoice History” will take you to a listing of your invoices and payment history for all of your Ning Networks with paid plans. Below, you can see the amount you were invoiced for and if the payment was received for that invoice.
You can also click on each invoice and download it for your records. As such, copies of new invoices will no longer be emailed to the Network Creator’s email address. You can determine your next bill date by downloading your latest invoice and looking at the service period. You will receive a new invoice after the end of that service period. Edit Your Payment Method
Clicking “Manage Payment Options” from the Account Information box will take you to a listing of the payment methods that we have on file for your account.
Your default payment method is the method that will be charged for the plans on your Ning Networks. You can change the default payment method by simply clicking “Make Default” next to any payment method that’s on file.
You can click the “Edit” link to update your name or expiration date. Note that if you need to update the CSV code that appears on the back of your card or the credit card number, you will need to add a new payment method.
Add A Payment Method
You can add a new payment method by clicking “+ Add A New Payment Method” in the upper right-hand corner of the payment methods page. Note that a newly added payment method automatically becomes your default payment method.
Manage the Paid Plans of Your Ning Networks
Click the “My Networks” tab on the left-hand side of the page to see which of your existing Ning Networks have a Ning Plus or Pro subscription.
From here, you can upgrade the plan on any of your Ning Networks or contact us if you wish to cancel or downgrade a paid plan. You can create a new Ning Network from here as well.
