How does the 30-day free trial work?
The first 30 days of your Ning Network are absolutely free. You won't be billed unless you keep running your Ning Network past your 30-day free trial. We ask for your billing information up-front to reduce fraud and prevent interruption to your Ning Network.
What if I forget to cancel my free trial?
If you forget to cancel your free trial, or if you're not fully satisfied within 60 days of launching your Ning Network, drop us a line and we'll give you a full refund.
What payment methods do you support?
We currently support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
I don't live in the United States, how can I pay?
You can use your international credit card as long as it's one of the accepted card types. You can also set up a PayPal account, which allows you to withdraw funds from your bank account in many countries.
Can I change plans after I launch my Ning Network?
Absolutely! You can change plans at any time and we'll automatically prorate your invoice.
