If you’re a Network Creator or admin

  • Sign in to your network; choose the My Network tab; click on Support in the lower left-hand area.
  • Send us a message by clicking the “Email Support Team” link.
  • This method of reaching us gives our team a ton of helpful information for troubleshooting — it also ensures your ticket is prioritized.
  • Alternatively: If you’re a Ning Pro subscriber, pick up the phone and give us a call at the number on your dashboard!

If you’re a member of a Ning Network 

  • Head to your Ning Network and sign in.
  • At the bottom of every page you’ll find a “Report an Issue” link.
  • Send a message directly to the Network Creator and admins of the network.
If you’re unable to sign in to your Ning Network through your dashboard, please follow one of the links below.

I’d like to cancel

Question about creating a site

I want to transfer my site to someone else

Want to reach us faster? Submit a ticket from the Support link that’s located directly on your dashboard. Those requests get first priority!
