If you’re a Network Creator or admin
- Sign in to your network; head to your dashboard from the administrative toolbar by clicking on the Social Site Manager icon; click on Support in the lower left-hand area.
- Send us a message by clicking the “Create New Ticket” link.
- This method of reaching us gives our team a ton of helpful information for troubleshooting — it also ensures your ticket is prioritized.
- Alternatively: If you’re a Ning Performance or Ultimate subscriber, pick up the phone and give us a call at the number on your dashboard!
If you’re a member of a Ning Network
- Head to your Ning Network and sign in.
- At the bottom of every page, you’ll find a “Report an Issue” link.
- Send a message directly to the Network Creator and administrators of the network.
If you’re unable to sign in to your Ning Network through your dashboard, please follow one of the links below.
